Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include developing and optimizing AI-powered tools utilizing LLMs for various applications, including virtual tutoring and business automation. The role involves applying Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques, fine-tuning and deploying LLMs, and building AI chatbots and co-writing assistants. Collaboration with frontend developers to implement AI solutions using frameworks like Next.js and React.js is essential. The developer will design prompt engineering strategies, evaluate model performance, and deploy AI applications using cloud services or on-premises infrastructure. Additionally, they will document technical findings and maintain AI systems, ensuring effective execution of workflows and managing organizational knowledge assets. The position requires leading end-to-end project management efforts, configuring AI platforms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative AI solutions. Responsibilities also include developing automation solutions using Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms, integrating RPA with external systems, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The developer will also engage in research to stay updated with AI advancements and assist in the professional growth of team members.
