The common responsibilities for this position include system development, testing, and maintenance support for large-scale projects. The candidate will perform system analysis, design, and development, prepare test plans, test cases/scripts, and test environments, and conduct testing. They will support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system implementation, ensure software conformance with user requirements, and code according to program specifications. Additional duties involve conducting program testing, preparing job control procedures for trial and production runs, and providing technical and operational support. The role also includes developing data insights to drive business growth, designing and implementing data analytics platforms powered by AI, developing automated reports and interactive dashboards, and providing production support and troubleshooting on cloud and on-premises data platforms. The candidate will coordinate with different departments to convert requirements into service requests, collaborate with outsourced contractors, and perform troubleshooting and problem resolution. Other tasks may be assigned by supervisors as needed.
