Data Analytics Manager

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include developing and implementing databases, data collection systems, and data analytics strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and quality. The Data Analytics Manager will drive end-to-end execution of data analytics initiatives within project timelines, collaborating with business units and IT teams to ensure effective data capture and translation for analytics. They will oversee data collection, integration, and cleansing to maintain data integrity and quality, develop predictive models, and apply AI and machine learning to enhance data processes. Additionally, the manager will create data visualizations for insights and recommendations, establish data governance policies, and lead a team in developing dashboards to support decision-making. Ensuring compliance with data privacy and security standards is also a key responsibility.
