Develop and enforce governance frameworks, policies, and guidelines for AI model usage. Collaborate with Cybersecurity and IT teams to create a sustainable Generative AI platform. Lead change management activities, including training and promoting GenAI use cases. Gather user requirements and refine solution designs for GenAI tool integration. Design and implement GenAI products from prototyping to production launch using agile methodologies. Oversee the development and maintenance of in-house AI-related applications and websites, ensuring quality deliverables and providing training. Lead end-to-end project management across the software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data security and compliance. Conduct research and evaluation of AI advancements to align with business objectives and engage in IT innovation projects. Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and vendors for project execution and support. Prepare and control the IT budget and provide comprehensive IT technical support to employees.
