Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include conducting R&D in automation equipment, IoT devices, and optical inspection equipment; developing advanced manufacturing solutions related to polymer synthesis, chemical extraction, sensor technologies, and human-machine interfaces; designing, developing, and evaluating R&D projects; conducting research on manufacturing and material development; preparing project proposals and progress reports; engaging with R&D partners; conducting technology commercialization events; traveling for project implementation and technology study; and providing consultancy services on industrial applications. Additionally, responsibilities encompass conducting R&D in robotics, AI, and machine learning, along with handling ad-hoc tasks and preparing detailed technical documents and reports.
