Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include gathering and curating data resources, developing analytics for public health and precision medicine, designing, implementing, and deploying NLP models and systems for healthcare applications, and evaluating NLP models using appropriate metrics. The role involves working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) data, including pre-processing and extracting information from clinical notes and discharge summaries. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams is essential to translate requirements into technical solutions, and presenting complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders is also required.
