Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include leading and supervising programmers/analyst programmers on projects, managing the entire software development life cycle (SDLC) which encompasses coding, implementation, testing, system maintenance, and documentation. The role involves conducting application analysis, design, and enhancement, as well as gathering user requirements and facilitating communication between customers and the internal team. Additionally, responsibilities include developing and enhancing web and mobile applications, performing ongoing systems monitoring and support, conducting testing and validation, providing technical support and troubleshooting, and preparing detailed system and program specifications. The position also requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and participation in feasibility studies, PoC/technical demonstrations, and training sessions. Ad-hoc tasks may also be assigned as needed.
