Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include participating in the growth of the Management Consulting team focused on the Financial Services Industry, collaborating with clients to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency through process redesign and automation, supporting change initiatives, and assessing operating models for partnerships and strategic sourcing opportunities. The role involves designing investment-related frameworks for asset managers, transforming Finance functions by redesigning operating models, assisting Banking clients with regulatory requirements, and enhancing regulatory data governance. Additionally, conducting IT audits to assess IT controls, leading risk consulting engagements, utilizing AI and data analytics tools for insights, and supervising junior team members are key responsibilities. The position also requires developing and managing tools for process automation, conducting comprehensive analyses, and maintaining productive relationships with client management.
