Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include identifying new business opportunities in intelligent manufacturing with Robotics and emerging technologies, and developing market strategies. Building and maintaining relationships with industry partners and academic institutions is essential. The role involves managing client engagement processes from identifying needs to proposing solutions and executing agreements. Formulating and executing R&D strategies while leading teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion is critical. Delivering projects successfully while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company standards is required. Collaboration with other divisions and government departments for program implementation is necessary, as well as occasional travel to mainland China or other countries for project execution.
