Senior System Analyst

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include preparing proposal and tender documents in response to clients' requirements, developing data conversion and migration plans and strategies, conducting requirement and justification studies, analyzing, designing, and implementing multi-tier web application systems, ensuring conformance of software packages against user requirements, leading a team of programmers for application development and project implementation, and performing any ad hoc tasks as assigned. Additional responsibilities encompass managing IT projects, providing IT support, collaborating with system contractors, designing IT infrastructure, conducting training sessions, managing project schedules, and documenting processes. The role also involves driving continuous improvement, mentoring junior analysts, and optimizing system performance and scalability.
