System Analyst

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include system development, testing, and maintenance support of large-scale projects; participating in and supervising junior staff in front-end and back-end Java-based web application development; performing technical analysis and system design; executing Java programming, testing, and application deployment; and preparing system documentation and user manuals. Additionally, responsibilities involve designing, developing, and maintaining AI-enabled applications and systems; collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze user requirements; conducting user acceptance testing (UAT); providing training; coordinating with internal units and external vendors for application development; and ensuring the quality of deliverables. The role also requires developing and maintaining websites and in-house web applications, optimizing system performance, and monitoring system stability and security. Other duties may include conducting system integration testing (SIT), preparing technical specifications, and participating in project management tasks.
