Contract Systems Analyst

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include serving as a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, providing full-time support to various departments; managing and supporting system design, development, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems; conducting system analysis, user requirement gathering, and technical evaluations; preparing technical specifications and documentation; supervising contractors and overseeing project management activities; coordinating with stakeholders and vendors for project implementation and testing; ensuring compliance with IT security policies and standards; providing technical support and troubleshooting for existing systems; performing quality assurance and conducting user acceptance testing; and offering after-hours support for urgent deployments and special events. Additional duties may include managing server and network infrastructure, monitoring system performance, and producing project reports.
