Internal Audit Manager

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include overseeing the completion of the full audit cycle for multiple concurrent audits, planning and executing audit assignments, discussing audit issues and remedial actions with management, and preparing audit reports. The role involves maintaining a strong understanding of business and regulatory requirements, evaluating the effectiveness of governance frameworks and process controls, and providing recommendations for improvement. Additionally, the Internal Audit Manager coordinates with various departments, assists in risk assessments, formulates the annual audit plan, and conducts internal audits to assess IT controls. Responsibilities also include preparing high-quality audit documentation, presenting findings, ensuring the quality of audits, and providing guidance and coaching to audit team members. The position requires maintaining relationships with management and stakeholders, supporting the preparation of committee papers, and performing any other duties assigned by management.
