IT Business Analyst

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include participating in the full IT project lifecycle, which encompasses requirement gathering, system and data analysis, project execution, user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live, and documentation. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders from various departments to ensure effective communication and delivery excellence. Additionally, the IT Business Analyst is responsible for managing vendors for project delivery, creating and maintaining project documentation such as plans, reports, flowcharts, and process manuals. They also conduct data analysis, perform ETL processes for data integration, and support end-to-end implementation of business systems, including testing, installation, configuration, upgrades, user training, and ongoing support. Furthermore, the analyst assists in process mapping, problem analysis, and identification of improvement opportunities, while also providing training and application support as needed.
