Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include supporting senior managers in identifying potential grantees, conducting background research, and coordinating independent reviews; carrying out grant-making functions such as research, issue analysis, study, report preparation, and record maintenance; conducting research on social issues and new initiatives; assisting in monitoring approved projects to ensure adherence to schedule, output, scope, and budget; building rapport with grantees and fostering a collaborative environment; supervising intermediaries such as hedge fund managers and retail brokers; proactively identifying and assessing risk issues; monitoring policy and market developments; gathering market intelligence; preparing user requirements; monitoring project implementation and deployment; promoting efficiency gains and risk control; and managing testing and communication of project progress. Additionally, responsibilities include managing and implementing projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, analyzing financial performance, preparing reports and presentations, and conducting audits and consulting assignments.
