Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include managing key initiatives to optimize grant impact and foster youth upward mobility and poverty alleviation. This involves initiating, developing, and implementing new projects, overseeing project design and implementation, and managing fund applications and periodic reviews. The role requires collaboration with NGO operators, service units, fund administrators, external consultants, and program evaluators to ensure stakeholder alignment for successful project delivery. Additionally, the position entails overseeing strategic youth development projects, managing project governance, advisory committees, taskforce groups, and incubation partners. The Manager will monitor outcomes, manage budgets, conduct impact assessments, and provide regular reporting, including financial and progress updates, along with recommendations to senior management and relevant committees.
