Senior Analyst

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include working closely with the HKCERT and cyber security service team, handling HKCERT operations such as monitoring security threats and providing incident response advice, conducting research and publishing reports on emerging security threats and defense trends, developing automation tools to facilitate HKCERT operations, providing technical support to internal systems, delivering awareness talks or technical training, and managing ad-hoc projects and assignments. Additionally, responsibilities include overseeing project implementations for enterprise IT applications, preparing ESG or sustainability reports, performing environmental KPI calculations, and conducting climate risk assessments. The role also involves maintaining and testing segmentation models, customer targeting for marketing communications, providing insights and recommendations, conducting campaign evaluations, and identifying market trends. Furthermore, the Senior Analyst will be responsible for business analysis, data extraction and analysis, reporting and dashboard creation, customer behavior analysis, statistical modeling, and data quality assurance.
