Systems Analyst

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include leading a team of IT professionals to analyze and design digital applications, overseeing implementation and maintenance of corporate website and mobile app services, and collaborating with stakeholders and vendors for solution design and implementation. The role involves managing infrastructure for project teams, ensuring daily support and maintenance of cloud infrastructure, providing support and troubleshooting for applications, and assisting in project planning and budgeting. Additionally, the responsibilities encompass analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications, conducting system testing, monitoring system performance, and providing technical support and training to end-users. The Systems Analyst will also liaise with users for requirements gathering, manage on-shore and off-shore software package sub-contractors, conduct documentation and user training, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and data security standards.
