Account Executive

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying upselling opportunities. The Account Executive will proactively address client needs, assist with onboarding and training, and monitor merchant performance. They will manage assigned leads, providing accurate counsel on services and following up to facilitate smooth onboarding. The role involves collaborating with internal teams for contract implementation and marketing promotions, managing product setup activities, and maintaining databases. The candidate will also represent the company to prospects, research client requirements, and strategize with teams to maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Additionally, they will attend industry events to foster relationships and ensure the CRM system is well-maintained.
