Analyze Big Data to uncover market trends, user patterns, and behaviors, and develop dashboards and business reports for data analysis. Work in an agile environment as part of scrum teams to refine delivery approaches. Facilitate communication between business users and IT teams, ensuring solutions meet business needs. Prepare project rollout presentations, gather user feedback, and identify and troubleshoot product issues. Participate in project meetings and support testing and validation of new systems and tools. Conduct gap analysis and provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis. Maintain project timelines and track progress to ensure deliverables fulfill business objectives.
