DevOps Engineer

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include daily operation support on application deployment, troubleshooting, and cloud administration, including overnight work-from-home standby support. Duties involve setup and configuration of applications and cloud infrastructure throughout the project lifecycle, producing deliverables, documenting processes, and monitoring performance metrics. The role requires interaction and communication with business partners and clients regarding system changes and updates, as well as proactively maintaining Reliability, Availability, and Serviceability (RAS) for critical systems. Additionally, responsibilities include working closely with development and operations teams to design and implement systems integration solutions, participating in the software development life cycle, and coordinating with various teams to resolve integration issues. Implementing and maintaining DevOps practices, tools, and workflows, managing and maintaining Kubernetes infrastructure, and ensuring its availability, performance, security, and scalability are also key duties. Collaboration with software engineers, system engineers, platform engineers, QA engineers, and product owners for smooth product deployment, along with documenting procedures and conducting training on DevOps and system integration, are essential aspects of the role.
