Finance Manager

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include overseeing all finance and accounting functions, including daily cash flow management, month-end closing, and financial reporting; developing and managing financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial plans; preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports; ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and financial standards; managing investment accounting duties and overseeing investment strategies; conducting detailed cost analyses and developing financial models; collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, including auditors and tax agents; leading and mentoring the finance team; and implementing internal control policies. Additionally, responsibilities include monitoring cash flow, managing accounts receivable and payable, and supporting statutory and tax filings.
