Finance Manager

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include leading the finance team in management and financial reporting, overseeing the month-end closing process for the company and its subsidiaries, preparing group consolidation and managing monthly reporting packages, driving the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting process, enhancing financial workflows and processes, leading internal and external audit reviews, supporting statutory and tax filings, liaising with external stakeholders, and managing financial audits. Additionally, the role involves producing and maintaining accurate financial statements, reviewing monthly results and variance analyses, developing and implementing accounting policies, ensuring compliance with accounting and risk management procedures, managing cash flow, overseeing accounts receivable and payable functions, and providing financial insights for strategic decision-making. The Finance Manager is also responsible for handling ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned.
