Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include maintaining overall awareness of all marketing activities, planning, implementing, monitoring, and measuring marketing strategies and promotions against budgets. Lead the team in developing marketing and brand strategies, business promotion plans, and driving customer acquisition. Use data to enhance the conversion funnel and optimize user experience and product UI. Analyze and measure marketing effectiveness of all ATL and BTL channels, providing recommendations for improvement. Manage and coordinate the marketing branding department, developing and updating systems and processes for efficient execution of marketing strategies. Reposition the marketing brand, accurately positioning and differentiating brand attributes and target groups. Monitor and analyze marketing costs and campaign effectiveness, making strategic adjustments based on data and feedback. Stay updated on market trends and seek opportunities to adopt best practices. Assess current and future skill gaps within the team based on business goals, ensuring KPIs and OKRs are SMART.
