Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include engaging in the complete design cycle for a digital customer-facing insurance and wellness platform, assisting in translating content between English and Chinese, facilitating market research, and contributing to product documentation creation. Interns will conduct and review KYC processes for customer onboarding and periodic reviews, support operational activities related to account management, and attend to customer communications through various channels. They will collaborate with IT and digital professionals on product innovation, assist in fintech platform development, and manage documentation of loan applications. Responsibilities also encompass performing industry research, preparing client pitching materials, and supporting business development and marketing tasks, all while participating in mentorship programs and departmental training sessions.
