Legal Counsel

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include acting as in-house legal counsel to provide effective legal solutions for global business expansion, drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and legal documents, and providing legal support for corporate governance and compliance. The role involves collaborating with external law firms, identifying and mitigating legal risks, and advising on regulatory compliance, particularly in the fintech and payment sectors. Additionally, the Legal Counsel will manage litigation and dispute resolution, support strategic initiatives across various business units, and ensure adherence to laws and regulations impacting the organization. The position also requires maintaining and updating compliance policies, conducting legal research, and providing general legal advice to executives and management teams.
