Sales Executive

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include proactively engaging existing merchants through daily warm calls to resolve concerns and identify upsell opportunities for payment products. Addressing inbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, while collaborating with marketing and product teams to design loyalty programs and tailored offers. Meeting monthly KPIs for call volume, revenue targets, and customer satisfaction scores, alongside managing competing priorities. Presenting AI-driven financial data analytics products to potential clients and reinforcing the value proposition to retain and grow existing client relationships. Managing the sales cycle by leveraging internal product specialists and the R&D team, while recording sales activities and updating sales opportunity analysis. Supporting general administrative work and basic account servicing, including account setup, sales order processing, and handling merchant inquiries. Preparing regular reports to track KPIs and analyzing data trends to provide actionable insights. Engaging with small and medium scale companies to promote lending solutions and collaborating with POS partners for lead generation. Conducting market research based on business needs and carrying out ad hoc duties as required. Developing and nurturing relationships with potential customers to boost sales of digital asset hosting solutions and participating in market events to enhance brand visibility.
