Senior Business Development Manager

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the payments and digital insurance sectors, including new markets, products, and partnerships. The role involves building and maintaining strategic partnerships with key players in the payments ecosystem, as well as driving revenue growth through new business acquisitions, upselling, and cross-selling. The Senior Business Development Manager will develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients and implement sales strategies for industry-specific solutions. Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges is essential, alongside collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop new payment products and services. The position also entails promoting one-stop intelligent POS payment solutions, supporting market expansion through merchant visits, and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers. Regular performance analysis and KPI reporting, as well as conducting feasibility studies and industry benchmarking, are also key duties. The role includes managing the partnership cycle and overseeing partner onboarding tasks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal guidelines. Additionally, the manager will take ownership of projects from inception to execution, support onsite marketing and business development events, and stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
