The common responsibilities for this position include assisting in the development and maintenance of the Cloud Governance Framework in collaboration with internal stakeholders, monitoring the execution of Cloud compliance processes, enhancing Cloud adoption and operation processes, supporting alignment between the Cloud Governance Framework and the existing IT Governance Framework, and assisting in internal and external assessments, including audits. Additionally, responsibilities involve aiding in vendor management for service management governance, assisting in system architectural design and solutions for database systems, managing and administering DB2, Oracle, and SQL database software, installing and configuring database products, devising procedures for database backup, restore, disaster recovery, and security setup. The role also includes conducting system monitoring, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and managing incidents, developing and maintaining documentation of database systems, ensuring high system availability and database integrity, collaborating with technical teams and vendors, providing technical assistance to application development teams, monitoring and reporting systems performance, designing and conducting training sessions, investigating database software developments, and providing 7x24 on-call support for emergency incidents.
