The role also includes conducting system monitoring, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and managing incidents, developing and maintaining documentation of database systems, ensuring high system availability and database integrity, collaborating with technical teams and vendors, providing technical assistance to application development teams, monitoring and reporting systems performance, designing and conducting training sessions, investigating database software developments, and providing 7x24 on-call support for emergency incidents.
