Participate in the full software development life cycle (SDLC) for application design, development, testing, and system implementation. Effectively communicate and collaborate with local and regional team members and partners. Conduct necessary technical research and prepare technical and support documentation. Support other ad-hoc assignments and initiatives. Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications, and design and implement solutions using various technologies. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with developers and vendors to resolve defects and optimize functionality. Maintain up-to-date system documentation, operational procedures, and change logs, and engage in continuous improvement of processes and systems.
