System Engineer

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include implementing and supporting office infrastructure, performing system configurations, backups, maintenance, and troubleshooting, providing Level 2 end user and Windows system support, and handling IT service tasks and application support. The role involves evaluating, designing, executing, and monitoring IT infrastructure projects, applying system/security patches and upgrades, managing capacity planning, and maintaining inventory of IT infrastructure and network hardware/software. Additionally, responsibilities include collaborating with various teams, analyzing business requirements, tracking project requirements, resolving issues between requirements and technical tasks, and performing user support and security awareness training. The System Engineer will also participate in audits, business continuity planning, and disaster recovery activities, while exploring new technologies and performing ad-hoc tasks to ensure a healthy and secure IT infrastructure.
