System Engineer

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include performing daily security operations tasks, such as reviewing security events and logs and investigating phishing emails and websites. Diagnosing and responding to security incidents, conducting secure code reviews, and supporting the implementation of security initiatives to ensure compliance with corporate information security policies and standards are essential. The role also involves conducting Type Approval Tests on systems integrated with Octopus online payment technologies, identifying potential issues, and assisting external developers with development and integration concerns. Daily IT operations tasks, including user account management, hardware and software maintenance, and providing technical support to end-users, are also part of the responsibilities. Additionally, performing infrastructure and operational requirement analysis, testing, deployment, and post-launch IT operations for clearing and settlement solutions, along with preparing technical specifications and liaising with relevant parties, are key duties.
