The common responsibilities for this position include reviewing applications for establishing and monitoring high ML/TF risk business relationships, performing ML/TF risk assessments related to customers, countries, products, and delivery channels, and evaluating the effectiveness of the Bank's AML/CFT framework. Develop and implement AML policies, procedures, and controls, provide guidance to Business Units on AML/CFT matters, and collaborate with various stakeholders on AML-related initiatives. Prepare and conduct bank-wide AML/CFT training, prepare AML-related materials and statistics for senior management reporting, and participate in internal and external audits and regulatory examinations. Assist in supervising the bank's compliance with AI technology, conducting daily compliance checks, and supporting departmental compliance needs. Execute AI compliance checks to ensure adherence to regional and international regulations, support the formulation and updating of compliance policies, and evaluate the transparency and explainability of AI systems. Track international regulatory trends and compile relevant information for reporting, organize internal training to enhance staff awareness of AI compliance, and collaborate with data science, risk control, and legal departments to provide compliance support. Manage and monitor the execution progress of Regtech projects, analyze user requirements, and assist stakeholders in preparing requirement documents for Regtech development.
