Furthermore, responsibilities encompass designing and implementing digital marketing and retention strategies across various channels, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop tactical campaigns, defining core metrics and optimizing campaign performance, utilizing analytics to monitor and analyze digital marketing performance, enhancing digital customer journeys to support sales and lead generation, and staying updated on new technologies and trends to improve campaign performance and customer experiences.
