Responsibility

The role involves analyzing customer business needs and challenges to provide tailored device protection solutions and developing strategic business account plans to manage and grow accounts. Additionally, the Key Account Manager is responsible for managing all customer requirements and overseeing the end-to-end customer journey, leading new project management and implementation efforts, and tracking and reporting on subscription statuses and customer base daily. Conducting quarterly business reviews to identify new sales opportunities and preparing action plans are also key duties. The position requires acting as a liaison with internal groups, including Finance, Legal, Logistics, and Operations, and reviewing and analyzing market situations to report findings to senior management. Furthermore, the role serves as the primary point of contact for top insurance company clients, developing and executing customized account strategies to drive increased client engagement and online sales of life and general insurance products, as well as conducting targeted marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Analyzing client data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for expansion, cross-selling, and upselling within existing accounts is also essential, along with collaborating cross-functionally with product, technology, and customer success teams to enhance platform offerings and address client concerns.
