Product Owner

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include defining and prioritizing the product backlog to reflect business value, market trends, and customer requirements. Collaborating closely with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and ensure alignment on priorities is essential. The role involves translating high-level objectives into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria and serving as the key point of contact between local and remote development teams to ensure clear communication and smooth execution of deliverables. Additionally, working alongside cross-functional teams to refine features and deliver exceptional user experiences is crucial. The Product Owner must leverage knowledge of health insurance and policy servicing to guide product development, stay informed about health insurance regulations for compliance, and actively participate in Agile ceremonies while providing guidance to the development team. Defining and tracking KPIs to measure product success, conducting market research, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and driving the product roadmap for the policy servicing module to align product goals with business objectives are also key responsibilities.
