Responsibility

The role involves translating high-level objectives into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria and serving as the key point of contact between local and remote development teams to ensure clear communication and smooth execution of deliverables. Additionally, working with cross-functional teams to refine features and deliver exceptional user experiences is crucial. The Product Owner must leverage knowledge of health insurance and policy servicing to guide product development while staying informed about regulations and compliance requirements. Active participation in Agile ceremonies, providing guidance to the development team, and addressing roadblocks are necessary. Defining and tracking KPIs to measure product success and conducting regular market research are also responsibilities. Building strong relationships with stakeholders, managing expectations, and driving the product roadmap for the policy servicing module while aligning product goals with business objectives are key components of this role.
