Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include conducting research and analysis on economic and real estate market conditions, maintaining internal portfolio models, providing valuation support, assisting with portfolio monitoring and reporting, facilitating acquisitions, preparing presentations, and conducting ad hoc research. Additional duties involve supporting sustainability and investor relations work, performing due diligence and financial analysis, conducting market research, and assisting in fundraising and financing projects. The Analyst will also be responsible for managing investor relations activities, preparing financial reports, and monitoring project implementation and financial performance. Other responsibilities include collaborating with clients and professionals on capital raising projects, analyzing asset value creation, and supporting various departmental projects related to market analytics and traffic forecasts.
