Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include conducting IT risk assessments and audits focusing on IT general and application controls, performing client interviews to evaluate IT and business processes, identifying internal controls, analyzing deficiencies, and providing recommendations. Additionally, preparing or reviewing workpapers, reports, and documentation while communicating project progress to stakeholders is essential. Assisting in the origination and execution of financial transactions, including preparing marketing materials and conducting credit and market analysis, is also required. The role involves supporting the underwriting process of real estate investments, conducting market research, and participating in the monitoring and management of investment portfolios. Furthermore, the analyst will assist in conducting tangible asset valuation engagements, develop financial models, and prepare valuation reports, while also engaging in business development activities. Collaborating with internal stakeholders and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements is crucial throughout these processes.
