Assistant Engineer

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include supervising and conducting laboratory testing of construction materials, developing testing protocols and reports, liaising with clients regarding testing requirements, handling client inquiries, and assisting in sustainability projects. Additionally, the role involves providing engineering solutions, coordinating works, testing electrical and mechanical systems, preparing tender documents, supervising contractors, ensuring quality standards, identifying design issues, monitoring progress, and coordinating with internal and external parties for safe and efficient project completion. The Assistant Engineer will also assist in managing airport projects, review consultants' submissions, carry out site supervision, and identify design and construction issues while providing engineering solutions. Furthermore, responsibilities include monitoring hotel engineering works, conducting tender analysis, assisting in preventive maintenance programs, and implementing corrective and planned maintenance of building services equipment and systems.
