Assistant Project Manager

Responsibility

The role requires collaboration with the PSD Project Lead to monitor vendor and consultant performance, organizing internal project meetings with business representatives and relevant stakeholders. Ensuring compliance with internal processes and obtaining management approval in accordance with policies and procedures is essential. The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for tracking and managing project costs effectively, maintaining all project documentation and data for auditing purposes, and supporting sustainability initiatives for office and branch renovations. Additionally, the role involves coordinating technical design development, supervising site activities during construction, and managing procurement and tendering processes for consultants and contractors. The position also includes preparing project status reports, assessing progress payments, and managing project closeout processes.
