The common responsibilities for this position include effective project management of site activities such as energy audits, carbon audits, and retro-commissioning (RCx) projects. The appointee will conduct feasibility studies, prepare project programs and budgets, and supervise site construction. They will coordinate with clients to plan and schedule procedures to meet technical requirements and ensure timely delivery of works. Additionally, the role involves preparing budgets and forecasts, controlling costs and schedules to achieve targeted profits, and implementing and monitoring Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) systems. The appointee will collaborate with management to develop strategies for people development and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
