Deputy General Manager

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include leading and supervising team members to originate, structure, execute, and distribute syndicated loans, M&A, leveraged and structured loans, including asset-backed financing. The role involves collaborating with relationship management teams and various stakeholders, preparing proposals and RFPs to secure mandates, conducting credit analysis, and managing risk effectively. Additionally, the position requires negotiating and executing transactions while maintaining strong market knowledge of the HK and PRC syndicated loans and M&A markets and understanding the latest regulatory framework. The Deputy General Manager will handle sustainable finance deals, including green loans, sustainability-linked loans, and social loans, manage ASEAN and Belt and Road transactions, oversee secondary sales of loans and portfolio management, and leverage an extensive network of banks and investors.
