Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include acting as the Responsible Officer supervising SFC Type 4 & 9 regulated activities, setting up Hedge funds, Private Fund, or co-investment funds, developing investment strategies, and planning investment cycles and portfolios. The role involves liaising with third-party service providers, managing credit and risk control, and providing support to top management on strategic activities and daily operations. Additionally, it entails overseeing financial matters and corporate administration, developing comprehensive financial strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The position also requires establishing and leading the internal audit function, developing audit policies, and preparing detailed audit findings and reports. Furthermore, it includes leading the architectural design process for residential and commercial projects, ensuring compliance with building regulations, and managing project management tasks. Responsibilities extend to developing proposals for sustainability strategies, managing client relationships, and overseeing the execution of service-learning initiatives while ensuring operational excellence and compliance.
