Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include providing strategic leadership in the development and enhancement of healthcare services, overseeing the development of community health services, and ensuring quality assurance of healthcare services. Engaging the public in community health initiatives, developing policies and guidelines to enhance service quality, and overseeing service operations are also key duties. Additionally, monitoring the annual budget for financial sustainability, preparing proposals for funding, and building and leading a proficient team through training programs are essential. Leading the architectural design process for projects, managing project budgets, and ensuring compliance with local regulations are also part of the role. Furthermore, developing and managing sustainability strategies, overseeing financial matters and procurement functions, and advising on strategic planning are critical responsibilities. Lastly, fostering relationships with stakeholders, managing client portfolios, and driving business development strategies to achieve growth targets are essential components of this position.
