ESG Manager

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include conducting in-depth ESG research, analyzing data, and producing high-quality reports that influence investment decisions and corporate strategies. The ESG Manager will develop and design communication content for ESG engagement initiatives, deliver advisory and assurance projects, prepare ESG reports, and analyze ESG data and ratings. They will also provide training and develop sustainability roadmaps, strategies, and policies. Maintaining strong client relationships and liaising with clients are crucial, along with ensuring ESG assurance, enhancing ESG ratings, and conducting ESG data analysis. The role involves generating detailed reports, reviewing them with actionable insights, and participating in research on ESG rating methods and frameworks, including product innovation in green finance. Additionally, the manager will oversee the Environmental Management System, coordinate ISO14001 audits, and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
