Finance Manager

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include engaging in job rotations across the Finance Department to gain practical knowledge in corporate and operational finance, supporting sustainable growth initiatives in Hong Kong and mainland China, enhancing leadership skills through targeted training and networking, and preparing for future leadership roles. The role involves managing month-end closing, preparing financial statements and analysis reports, overseeing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and conducting financial analysis to provide insights for management. Responsibilities also include liaising with auditors and tax advisors, managing the annual audit process, overseeing cash flow and treasury functions, coordinating statutory audits, and handling financial governance. The Finance Manager will also develop and implement financial policies, manage special projects, and contribute to the preparation of ESG and sustainability reports while collaborating with various stakeholders across departments. Additionally, the position requires leading and mentoring the finance team, ensuring adherence to internal controls and risk management processes, and driving operational efficiency and profitability.
