Finance Manager

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include participating in a 36-month Finance Executive Program with job rotations across the Finance Department, managing financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, and overseeing financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards. The role involves preparing monthly consolidated financial statements, annual reports, and ESG reports, as well as conducting financial analysis and variance analysis. Additionally, responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams for strategic decision-making, managing cash flow, and maintaining relationships with external auditors and financial institutions. The Finance Manager will also develop and implement financial policies, monitor financial performance, and support capital raising efforts while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
