General Manager

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include driving the overall strategy, vision, and goals for the organization, developing and executing business plans to capture opportunities in the relevant sector, and overseeing the Profit and Loss (P&L) to meet financial targets and operational KPIs. The General Manager will build, mentor, and lead a motivated team while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Responsibilities also encompass overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance, driving continuous improvement in processes, and ensuring projects meet regulations. Additionally, the role involves building relationships with stakeholders, representing the company at public forums, and effectively communicating progress and challenges. The General Manager will identify new business opportunities, stay informed on industry trends, and develop innovative solutions to meet market demands. Other key duties include managing safety, environmental protection, and compliance initiatives, overseeing training and resource allocation, and ensuring adherence to social, environmental, and ethical standards among vendors and partners.
