Guest Service Officer

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include managing daily operations of high-end residential services and providing quality customer service; greeting residents and handling their inquiries and complaints promptly; managing visitor registration and performing administrative tasks; answering internal and external phone calls courteously; addressing emergencies and unexpected incidents occurring within the building; ensuring smooth operations of concierge services to maximize resident satisfaction; and performing daily administration and generating reports as necessary.
