Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include leading teams to develop, maintain, and implement information systems to meet evolving business needs and support digital transformation. Collaborating with senior management and key stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable IT initiatives and recommending solutions is essential. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining information systems for specific business domains, incorporating AI tools as applicable. Additionally, fostering effective partnerships and teamwork through collaboration with internal stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors is crucial. Monitoring and supporting daily computer system operations, IT networks, and information security while performing application development, system testing, implementation, debugging, and maintenance is required. Analyzing business requirements and conducting process analysis across various departments and offices, as well as liaising with stakeholders for project implementation, are key duties. The IT Manager must lead and maintain IT projects, manage relevant budgets, provide technical support, and prepare system documentation and tutorials for users. Evaluating and conducting proof-of-concept for new technologies or AI-driven options, guiding and coaching team members for continuous service improvement, and staying informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies are also part of the responsibilities.
