Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include compiling management reports, preparing presentation materials, coordinating with partner institutions, handling official correspondence, organizing meetings and events, providing administrative support, managing operations of the President's Office, and arranging campus visits for external guests. The role also involves supporting various compensation and benefits functions like performance management and annual reviews, conducting HR data analysis, preparing payroll data and reports, and leading HR initiatives and ad hoc projects. Additionally, responsibilities encompass coordinating and implementing consultancy services on environmental awards, carbon neutrality advisory, sustainability planning, and environmental management. The Officer will manage participant accounts, promote new services, develop business opportunities related to sustainability standards, maintain client partnerships, liaise with industry partners, and support effective project implementation. Other duties include performing administrative tasks in student admission and human resources management, handling general administration tasks for subsidy schemes, executing environmental and waste management projects, and providing secretarial and administrative support to senior management.
