Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include providing marshalling guidance for aircraft docking, conducting patrol duties, checking ramp operators' performance, ensuring compliance with safety standards, assisting in handling aircraft emergencies and airside incidents, performing bird control duties, inspecting runway and taxiway systems, monitoring service contractors' performance, coordinating with airlines and business partners for efficient ground handling, facilitating aircraft logistics, maintaining aircraft records, and working on shift duties. Additionally, responsibilities involve supporting real-time baggage operations, monitoring and managing Baggage Handling Systems, liaising with contractors, implementing contingency measures, preparing daily flight schedule updates, conducting safety inspections, performing operational audits, and responding to customer inquiries at designated service counters.
