Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include providing marshalling guidance for aircraft docking, conducting patrol duties, and checking ramp operators' performance to ensure compliance with safety standards and optimize operational efficiency. The role involves assisting in handling aircraft emergencies and airside incidents, conducting scheduled inspections on runway and taxiway systems, and monitoring service contractors' performance. Additionally, the position requires coordinating with airlines and business partners for efficient ground handling of aircraft, facilitating aircraft arrival and departure logistics, and maintaining aircraft registration records. The responsibilities also encompass supporting real-time baggage operations, monitoring and controlling Baggage Handling Systems (BHS), managing Autonomous Electric Tractor (AET) operations, and implementing contingency measures for BHS failures. The officer must prepare daily flight schedule updates and resource allocation plans, perform safety inspections, conduct operational audits, and respond to incidents while ensuring quality service delivery and compliance with airport bylaws. Shift duties are required.
