Coordinating technical design development with the in-house Functional Support Team and multi-disciplinary consultants is required. Managing day-to-day project operations and liaising with contractors, schools, and authorities is crucial. Ensuring internal coordination across various functions to achieve project deliverables is necessary. Acting as the on-site Client representative during construction, overseeing quality and management, and managing material and work quality inspections, procurement, and tendering processes for consultants and contractors are key duties. Assessing and recommending progress payments for project stakeholders and preparing regular project status reports for management are also part of the role. Maintaining on-site records for cost control and final account purposes, overseeing project close-out, including handover processes and documentation, and performing additional duties as assigned are included in the responsibilities.
