Senior Quantity Surveyor

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include overseeing the entire quantity surveying process for civil engineering projects, conducting detailed cost analysis throughout the project lifecycle, collaborating with project managers, architects, and engineers to optimize costs, facilitating meetings to resolve cost and contract issues, preparing, managing, and monitoring project budgets, forecasts, and cost estimates, negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors, measuring and valuing sub-contracts, assisting in the agreement of sub-contract interim and final accounts, reviewing documentation to identify value variations and preparing sub-contract liabilities, preparing tender documents, contracts, and bills of quantities, and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and company policies.
