Sustainability Officer

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include supporting the Sustainability team in delivering Advisory and Assurance projects, preparing ESG reports, analyzing ESG data, managing ESG ratings, and providing training. The role involves leading sustainability education projects, planning, implementing, and evaluating programs, writing grant proposals, and designing educational materials. Responsibilities also include developing strategies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, monitoring progress towards carbon neutrality, and overseeing waste reduction programs. The officer will handle certifications such as BEAM Plus, LEED, and WELL, collect and analyze sustainability data, and assist in maintaining sustainability ratings. Additionally, the position requires collaboration with internal teams for data collection and goal setting, conducting training sessions, and engaging with external stakeholders. The officer will prepare detailed reports on sustainability performance metrics and present findings to senior management while undertaking additional duties to support sustainability goals and initiatives.
