Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include coordinating and liaising with internal units and external parties, managing and completing alteration, additions, and improvement (AA&I) projects, formulating and implementing plans from site surveying to works completion, compiling defects lists, supervising and monitoring work performed by consultants and contractors, and performing duties outside normal office hours when necessary. The role also involves leading and supervising onsite technicians for efficient repair and maintenance of building systems, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and statutory requirements, managing maintenance procurement and inventory, and overseeing financial planning. Additionally, the Technical Manager will develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs, engage and coordinate with consultants and contractors, and lead change management initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
