Technical Services Manager

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include managing and leading a technical team to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of facilities, particularly in clubhouse operations and serviced apartments. This involves overseeing maintenance management of building fabrics, air-conditioning, and electrical and mechanical installations. The role requires conducting periodic reviews and audits of building maintenance conditions, recommending and implementing necessary works to uphold quality standards. Additionally, the position entails managing energy consumption and implementing energy conservation initiatives aligned with sustainability goals. The Technical Services Manager is also responsible for developing and managing the inventory of spare parts and ordering systems, preparing and controlling budgets for maintenance and upgrades, and coordinating with vendors and contractors for equipment installations and repairs. Regular inspections and audits are conducted to identify potential issues, and corrective actions are implemented as needed. Furthermore, the manager collaborates with other departments to support the organization's overall business objectives.
